For over twenty years, we have been proud members of the Museums Association (MA), actively contributing as speakers, delegates, and authors in debates and publications. Eric Langham is a Fellow of the Museums Association and has previously served as an AMA reviewer, as well as a member of the Professional Development and Ethics Committee.

Rachel Teskey is currently London Representative for the Museums Association, creating connections between the MA and its members. Both Eric and Rachel act as mentors within the MA, guiding members through the association’s mentorship programmes and supporting additional initiatives designed to foster professional growth.

Mentoring and continuing professional development are core pillars of Barker Langham Futures (BLF). Our extensive experience with the Museums Association has directly inspired the creation of BLF.
