Eric is an internationally recognised cultural strategist and Founder of Barker Langham Futures (BLF). He is dedicated to empowering the next generation of cultural professionals, supporting practitioners who face barriers to careers in culture, and fostering innovation and excellence across the sector.

Eric mentors emerging leaders through ICOM and the Museums Association and advises governments and institutions on cultural strategy. As a Fellow of the Museums Association, Trustee of the Migration Museum, and Fellow and Trustee of the Association of Heritage Interpretation, he shapes the development of the cultural sector through both professional practice and public engagement.
